this isn't a problem that needs to be fixed, i'm just curious as to why it exists. I patched chrono cross (ntsc to pal) so that i could play it in vgs (the slow down bothered me and gave me headaches) but i was just testing out plugins to kill time, and pete software plugin locks in at ten fps for the patched iso. why is this?
