Anyone knows of any good proggies that i can use to make .iso s from my psx cds? so that i can run it as a file from my harddrive instead of from the cdrom...

Or... the website of a proggie that can make a folder with all my psx files seem like its on a cd, but actually its on my hardrive?

A couple of programs that are limited unless you pay,but are great programs, are at www.goldenhawk.com and www.elby.de (actually I think they're only limited in writing speed, so reading to an ISO won't be limited)

use cdrwin or clone cd as both of these work fine with epsxe...

So if I create a Bin and Cue file using CDRWin, ePSXe will be able to use that? Forgive the somewhat stupid question.

ePSXe will use the .bin file in the RUN ISO option on the menu, it doesn't need the .cue file. But, if you mount your cd image in Daemon's Tools, you will need the .bin and .cue file.

Has anyone tried making an image of a Playstation CD using a Virtual CD Rom? Like CD Copier Gamer's Edition?

I have this and I'll give it a try to see if it works. I don't see any advantage over the Run ISO feature but the interface on this program is really seemless.

I tried using a virtual cdrom (daemon tools) and everyhing was ok. However, loading the RUN ISO is still a bit faster. Why using a virtual cdrom that uses your computer's resources if you can save memory and just load the iso? At least in my slow computer, I have to save all memory that I can.
