i'm having touble with ctr ntsc on epsxe
the game starts but the video freezes on the title and the sound works

Wrong section and please use the search button next time before posting. Theres like 100 threads about CTR issues.

Try using Peops for exemple.

i'd recommend PSXeven for this game, or ePSXe 1.6.0...i'd also recommend you search
