That´s what I got after following:

-Used Teleporter
-Changed a party member, got Sprigg into Party
-Fought a battle
-After battle screen kept black
-Used 3 times F7, got back to after-fight-menu
-After finished this menu EPSXE crashed

Any ideas?

Sounds like you switched disks or something. Is this a one time thing? If it is is, dont worry about it, just save often.

Hmm, I recalled seeing similar error crash msg.
I switch to other GPU to fix the problem (or update the GPU to the current version).

maybe the newly discovered -cdinc option would help (you no longer need f7 if you use this)

It's not a f7 problem, so -cdinc won't help.

i had the same problem...i thot that was a "bug" on the cd and i made a copie,but....the same thing continue,i dõnt know what to do , i have tryed all the plugs,but...nop,still crashing

Looks like it's a problem with epsxe's core. Did anyone get past that part of the game?

A bunch of people including me finished the game with no problems. I never seen this error in my life. CC worked perfectly for me.

I played it through, but I prevented having Sprigg in my team.
And it´s no cd error, because I didn´t change CD
