• AMD Phenom X4 9500 @ ~2.21GHz
• 4GB RAM
• GeForce 9800GTX+
• Vista Ultimate SP1

I attached an image showing what video plugin I use, and what settings are being used. What settings need to be changed? Do I need a better plugin? What needs to be done here?

That didn't help. I even used the higher numbers as well. No luck.
