CPU Detection Library 1.0 Licence Clarification

Hi guys,

I was just wondering what the licence situation regarding the CPU detection library was?
In the readme it states "If you want to use it or update the code feel free to do it is free of charge", but the source files all start with the GPL. I know the GPL is free of charge, but to me the readme implies something slightly less encumbered regarding code licencing.
It's probably just me, but if you could clarify the situation, as regards the code, or include a licence.txt file containing the GPL in the archive, it would be appreciated.

Thanks again for all your hard work on the emulator, devs, and for taking the time to read this.

that cpudetection library is based on pcsx2's cpudetection code, which is GPL, so the library is as well GPL, shadow just forgot to include the License.txt :p
Thanks for the quick reply and the clarification.

Appreciated :)
