Computer having total break down

Hi guys,
If you recall from the thread http://www.ngemu.com/forums/showthread.php?t=59103, my computer had frequent restarts with the BSOD "IRQL not less or equal". Many have suggested different approach to solve the problem, and eventually I thought I "solved" the problem by uninstall Norton Antivirus 2003; now the problems have strike again with vengeance.
Since two days ago, the computer starts to reboot again. I turned the auto-restart off and are now greeted by different types of BSOD: IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL, PAGE FAULT IN NON PAGED AREA, etc. I've already memtest86 the RAM, Powermaxed the HDD, removed all non vital components, replaced the video card, and yet the reboots cotinue.
I'm at my wit's end. Is my computer asking for retirement? Thank you.

I had the same problem for a time and then it was gone but last week it came back it occured in the IdeChnDr.dll and it is a Intel driver so i downloaded and installed the latest driveres for my chipset which is a i845.

Hope it helps.
What's the actual STOP Error number? eg. 0x00000000?

Your hardware is probably fine. I used to get the IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL when I was using bad drivers for my Ethernet Card and also once with my old Sound Blaster 16 PCI drivers. Using different drivers solved my problems both times.
