Okay. Basically I want to connect a video game system to my computer using a composite input. Everything works fine, except it has a slight lag that could affect gameplay. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Try DScaler. Would this happen to be on ati's MMC by chance?

Edit: Well, I tried DScaler. None of the filters give me a clear picture. However, it does get rid of the sync problem.

You'll never get a perfectly clear picture with composite cables, AFAIK.

I know, but I got a clear picture with the ATI MMC. If it wasn't for the sync problems, I'd use it.
