Hi guys,
Every time I go to the menu, under status, when I try and select any character, my game freezes up. IIRC, this screen is supposed to be where you see a 3d model of your character. I've tried setting everything to the lowest setting possible, and it still freezes up! It worked perfectly fine on my old computer, but now that I've upgraded, it doesn't seem to work anymore..
AMD Sempron 3100 1.8 ghz
512 MB RAM
GeForce FX 5200
Yes, my drivers are up to date.

the sempron is not multi-core, it's not even 64 bit they make semprons for slot 754, but it doesnt have x64 capabilities.

shuka: try using Pete's OpenGL with the "nice" preset.

I've tried a bunch of different settings, including the nice setting on OpenGL... I get the same problem with every setting

since this was brought up, id like to ask whats up with that too

i *do* happen to have a dual core processor (P4 3.0Ghz)

what needs to be done to prevent the crash?

shuka: try a different emulator, or odd/even bit hack special game fix

As for the menu problem, activate the even/odd bit hack inside the video configuration options, in special game fixes. Be sure to check it inside the game fixes and to check the special game fixes options. I checked it inside but forgot to check it outside. This fixes that problem.
