alright, when a few things happen in Chrono Cross (one example is heading into the Bend of Time) the majority of the screen goes black, with just a little strip down at the bottom where you can see. Now im inside the burning house, and i can only see that strip! the fire sprites show up, but not my character or anything else in the background. is there any way to fix this?

You can fix this (acceptably) by turning on full vram primitives... I think, don't quote me on it, but it's definitely one of the options in the plug-in config - press del in game and use page up and page down to select the options, home and end to turn them on and off. Do this in turn until it works! Although don't bother with the first two as they are just frame rate stuff. Sorry I can't be more precise, it's been a while.

wow, you're only 2 weeks away from reviving a FIVE YEAR OLD THREAD!! yay!! man, i haven't seen any actual, genuine, 5 year old thread revivals yet. you were almost my first!

anyway, try peops software plugin, if that doesnt work, then make your own thread restating the problem and listing the things you tried.

for future reference, unless you are having the exact exact exact same problem (and there are many exceptions to this), make your own thread. it's better to make a new thread explaining the problem (and possibly linking to an older one you found) rather than hijacking/reviving another thread.
