Each time anybody joins my party I get a black screen with lucca´s theme (music) and I can´t go on.

I´ve tried several pluggins and configurations I´ve activated vram primitives and deactevated it nothing seems to work
could anybody hel or tell me wich pluggins you use to run it.
and how are they configured
