Cheap, good host?

I am looking for a good webhost thats cheap (sorta contradicting huh :lol: ) Anybody know of any or can recommend some that are good ?

Im going to need some scripting support, like PHP, and MySQL, and maybe in the future Perl and/or CGI .... but so far just PHP and MySQL....

The cheapest ones I've seen with PHP (only know how to use one function oO) also happens to have MySQL... They are http://www.godaddy.com and http://www.ehostpros.com and of course http://www.flaretech.biz/dev, but you'll have to find FLaRe85.

Be careful with cheap hosts. Cheap and quality seem to be mutually exclusive.

Not only that, but they die quickly too. www.pinchpenny.org, anyone?
