There are 2 things you can do, the easier method involves creating a shortcut.
Go to your ePSXe folder and right-click epsxe.exe
Select create shortcut.
Right-click the shortcut and select properties.
Under 'Target' add the -nogui and -nocdinc commandline switches.
Click 'OK' and you're done.
