We don't mind doing it. But like in this case the user didn't even say what he wanted his name changed too.

I guess he was thinking that all admins have degrees in clairvoyance.

Rikki makes sense though. If you have users changing their name often it would be pretty chaotic to the rest of us users. I myself used to do it when I first started up, it was hilarious but some people actually started to think that I was Refraction. (_E_ put a stop to the festivities) So it makes sense to ask an Admin first.
