No, not in the windows control panel.
Go to Pete's soft plugin option, and make sure the "Stretching" option is set to "Stretch to full window size"

If it still doesn't work, it must be the game that you are playing.

And please, pleasee, pleeeassee.... can't you just reply to your old thread, as opposed to creating multiple new ones on the same topic? This is getting ridiculous.

i make this solution but my game is make to slow.
to 40 fps
and before this solution the fps are good but whit the screen broken, no now, whit the new configuration, but is to slow

It's too slow, because stretching the image to fullscreen takes up some processing power, and if your system is not powerful enough, you will see a slowdown.

So either you run it fast, but with borders, or run it slower, but at fullscreen. Your choice :)
