Can you run a audio CD with this program?

I have a Compaq Presario 7462
AMD k6-3 500Mhz
64 MB RAM
Video: VIA Trident/Blade 3d 16 MB
Sound: ESS Allegro

It is supposed to be possible to use the internal CD player in the bios in ePSXe 1.40, but its not perfect(not all the buttons work properly). I don't really miss it though.

What internal CD player? I don't see how to make one work. I just wanted to play a CD so I'll know the program will play 1.

I tired running the bios with a regular CD in there, and it didn't work

I was finally able to pause the Dos screen to see the error it was giving me
