I can't imagine why you would need to have all 4 discs on you HD at the same time. Just leave 2 of them on there. The one your playing and the next one you will play.

^with bin and cue file of my south park, there is no music, but when i play of the CD (burnt) there is music.^
Try making ISO with a different program. The problem is probably not your sound card.
