it's a game on demand service. basically, the game is running on server. the server sends you images in video stream, and you send the server control information. even a p2 400 can play new 3d games. the price is 1575 yen per 100 hours, and 525 yen per additional 25 hours for all titles. single title price is 525 yen for 10 hours in 7 days. yes, capcom is the most greedy japanese video game company that i know.

i thought about this a long time ago, and didn't think it's possible for today's technology. i still don't think it's possible now.

actually, Im working on a project kinda like this but not quite. It streams the media to a emulator.

it's so much different from what you are doing. each game session will occupy a large amount of cpu time on server, then think about how many servers they need.:hdbash:
