Yes, but IIRC MMX3 only supported 640 X 480 and wasn't 'full screen' like the SNES version. By the way, Mega Man X3 appeared on PC and Playstation as well, it was the first Mega Man game to feature anime cut-scenes... Lord of Darkness, that was the first game on my PC to show me anime at all...
