cant view thumbnails!

I cannot view any of the thumbnails in the screenshot section unless i close down my firewall. i have a zonealarm firewall. What setting is is stopping me from viewing thumbnails?

If you are using ZoneAlarmPRO you may want to disable the ad blocking features

no i am using Zonealarm, not the upgraded version.
