Can't uninstall some software

I had this program on my computer called Folder Lock that I forgot the password to. Unfortunately, you can't seem to uninstall the software without knowing the password. Is there anyway I can get around this(Aside from reformatting)? I tried removing all the registry entries for it I could find. I can't install a new version without first uninstalling the old version. What should I do? :(

call the company that produces it and see if they could help
Well, I e-mailed New Softwares. They replied telling me they have a recovery program, but only give it to registered users, so you don't use it to look at someone else's files. So they suggested I register, when I'm trying to UNINSTALL it from my computer -_-. Don't know why I'm surprised, instead of helping, they try to persuade me into buying their product.

Edit: Nevermind. I installed a much older demo version over it and it reset the password :p.
