hi everybody

i want to uninstall the emulator epsxe but it doesnt appear in "add or remove harware" i tried to uninstall it manually but it says i need permission and i cant erase it. can u tell me how do i uninstall it pls i have windows vista starter.

epsxe isn't an installed program to begin with. If you can't delete it then you probably don't have permission to do so. Does it, or did it used to reside on another user's account on that computer?
