Hello, there! My first post...

I'm having troubles trying to run games with PCSX2:
I set it up and downloaded plugins, put the plugins in the correct directory. Then I ran it for the first time and configured it.
But every time i try to run a game (I'm doing it from ISOs) it crashes telling me the emulator has been shut down from windows due to an illegal operation.
Log files do not contain any error.

I must admit that I'm completely new to this emulator so maybe I am doing something wrong...

Did a step forward changing the ISO plugin loader... now crashes 10 seconds after booting the ISO... I'll try downloading some newer DVD plugin

looks like you misdumped your iso

Try with Gigaherz CD/DVD plugin and use your DVD.

If your DVD is okay , it should work. If so, redump your iso.

Now I'm managing to play something, even if a bit slow now it plays.

Now I'm playing with GFX Plugin configurations.
I've ZeroGS0.96.0 which seem to be more compatible but slower, GSdx9 0.9.0 which is faster but crashes easily and GSdx883 0.1.1.3 which tells me to update my DirectX even if I do have August2008 DX9.c installed on my XP (Is it correct? Does this GS plugin work just with DX10?)

I was looking for a newer ZeroGS plugin but had no luck with downloads (Read: I found a link to a 0.97.0 but download was broken)

And I guess you downloaded pcsx2 0.9.2

Download 0.9.6 with provided plugins

Just did it now... but provided plugins are those GS that continue to ask me to update my DX even if I did it this morning...
Of course after asking for the update the emulator closes with an error (Unhandled Exception). The EmuLog.txt says:

I've changed plugin configuration, updated directX, I have ps2 bios and rom1 but I keep recieving that send/don't send error

any suggestions?
