Post system specifications OS used. For ePSXe post the version used, plugins used and gpu plugin configuration.
Can't get epsxe to run above 30 FPS..
Even if the settings are set to "Nice" it never goes past 30 FPS unless it's on a near-blank screen. Am I missing something?

Tried xenogears it runs at 60 FPS constantly (except for one scene but that could be my folding kicking in or maybe its the game) try D3D or Peops see how that works out asuming you also have the NTSC version of the game.
Yeah but i tried with both fraps and the internal plugin, both said 60 :/
