Hey there, im having problems using ePSXe and PCSX.

Specs:
- Vista 32
- Amd Athlon 64x2 Dual Core (5600+)
- 3.0g Ram
- Nvidia Geforce 8600GT
- Poweriso and Daemon Tool for mounting. (PCSX won't read the PowerIso drive)

ePSXe (V 1.7.0) Plugins:
GPU: gpuPetesOpenGL2.dll (v2.9)
SPU: None / ePSXe default
CDR: cdrpeops.dll (v1.4)
PAD: None / ePSXe default
NET: netSock.dll (v0.2)
BIOS: scph1001.bin

PCSX (1.5?)Plugins
GPU: gpuPetesOpenGL2.dll (v2.9)
SPU: spuEternal.dll (v1.5)
CDR: cdrPeops.dll (v1.4)
PAD: padDIJoy.dll/padDIJoyB.dll and padDIKeys.dll (v0.8)
NET: netSock.dll (v0.2)
BIOS: scph1001.bin and PCSX default bios.

Problem:
So I believe I have all of the correct plugins for each of the two emulators, but neither of the two seem to work when I attempt to "RUN ISO" (ePSXe) or "RUN CD Through BIOS" (PCSX). The only response I have gotten out of either of the two programs is a black screen (full or windowed, tried both settings under the GPU config) then a general "PCSX.exe/ePSXe.exe has stopped working" message. :???:

I've tried running both programs under "compatibility mode" (WinXp), under "run as admin", and under "compatibility mode"(WinXP) and "run as admin". I have gotten nothing from the usual fixes. I've setting the GPU to both Nice and Fast modes, nothing. With PCSX I've tried changing the bios, nothing.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
- Austin

Disable DEP
Run as Admin
and make sure sound is enabled (as some games use a sound init test to execute the video)

GPU: gpuPetesOpenGL2.dll (v2.9)
SPU: None / ePSXe default (use default, or if CDDA use eternalspu)
CDR: cdrpeops.dll (v1.4) (replace with sapu cdr)
PAD: None / ePSXe default
NET: netSock.dll (v0.2) (DISABLE)
BIOS: scph1001.bin

Hello.

I went and disabled DEP, and rebooted.
I disabled NetSock (which was disabled anyways. :p)
Changed the CDR to SaPu's.

Ran as Admin:
and when I go to Run Iso / Run CdRom / Run Bios ePSXe just exits, no boot screen, no noise, just as if I had closed the program. Even lacks the previous error message.

When I check the Sound Plugin and hit the "Test" button, is it supposed to play some sound, or is it just buggy and doesn't do anything? :???:

Thanks for all your help! :)
