Can you use a mouse in Medal of Honor, Alien ressurection, and any other FPS?

I never played these games and so I don't know if they work with the PSX-Mouse. But if they do, may be the ePSXe mouse-emulation will do something good, but I don't how this mouse Emulation is working (I've never used it

Well, it's possible if you configure the analogic setting to "Digital/Analog Mouse T0" or something like that. The problem is you wil have to set the mouse sensivity and speed on windows to be able to have a decent play (and set them back after play, or would like to miss the icons everytime because the mouse is too fast? )
