Can you save Models + Textures form the games?

I want to save models and textures of the characters in games is this possible? The wireframe models? Thanks.

Realy interesting...hmm what about sounds like music.... It's diferent. I saw Schattenberg88 videos. he extracted with some software all the music from a game and puting it togeather with video which he made with software GPU plugin. Realy cool must say.
