Can sombody tell me step by step how to install chankast or give links to a good tut

I've yet to find a tutorial that actually works a step by step guide or a good tutorial would be helpful :)
I'm running on windows vista btw

This is a rather good f.a.q on chankast with links to official versions and the like. It may not be a step by step guide, but give that a shot and it might answer some of your issues.
