Yes, it'll run it, but practically, not really. It won't run most games full speed without some aggressive speed hacks, because the CPU is too slow, and overclocking is probably out of the question since it's a laptop. The visuals settings will likely need to be near the lowest, since the IGP isn't really up there either. You could always try it though. Depending on the game, PCSX2 revision, and configuration, it could vary.
