Are you looking for an emulator to play pokemon on your phone?
No,I have the emulator but I want battle my pokemon with my friend
you'd have to check if the emulator supports GBA-linking.
and you also have to check if it supports linking through bluetooth.

we don't know what emulator you're using, so its hard to say.
(is there even a GBA emulator for cellphones? oO)
yeah there is lol. the only emeulator not made for phones is cd based ones (although FPSCE works pretty well on my phone. its a playstation emulator)
I doubt very much that VBAGX has linking capabilities....it's a question best asked on their forum though...not here.....
i hate gaming on phones though. i tried to beat golden sun 2 and i got to the last stage of the game before my directional button broke

can you get fullspeed on the gba emu on a cellphone? oO

off topic: can you suggest a good powerful phone for emulation?
well any pda phone with over 400 mhz (so blackberries are out :p ). but emulation destroys your battery in 10 minutes flat
Yeah you can achieve full speed...mainly with sound off though at least on my phone...it stutters if I have sound on...not too badly...but still enough to warrant usually playing without sound.
how long does your navigator hold out while playing??
Battery Life? Maybe about 2 hours...only ever used it for like an hour which from fully charged takes about 3 bars off the battery...the last 4 tend to dissapear faster though.
So yeah I would say about 2 hours...maybe 2 and a half to 3 on a good day when your phone is being kind to you.
Not sure if it depends on what you are playing seeing as I only have Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh! and Duel Masters games on my phone (yes I like card games...even mediocre ones like Duel Masters).

interesting.

i was thinking 400mhz would still be too weak, so i was wondering if you knew any phones with higher clockrates :p

10 minutes of batterlife for emulation sounds pretty bad though; i didn't think it would drain that much batterlife. :dead:
My bluetooth connection comes up as a LAN connection in the network connections window.

There is a vba link specially optimised for LAN but restricted to 2 player.

But I don't know if it will work on phones.
Does windows mobile support all software that windows supports??

even a 200+mhz phone like a Nokia N70 can run gba full speed, if want to try emulation on phones buy SYMBIAN or UIQ phones:)
There are some java emulators like meboy and other for nes that you can play too.
GBA is too powerfull for normal phones.
