Caetla cheat convertor?

Hey everybody, I have PEC, but I am trying to use some cheats for Racing Lagoon (import), and the codes are not working and are apperantly Caetla, the PEC site is down and that was the only place with the Caetla cheat convertor, so if anyone has, or knows where to get it, I would be very appreciative!

Just a little reminder, next time please don't bump a thread as it's against the [rules]rules[/rules]. I just tried looking for it but it seems that EmuCheater is the only site with the file and it's down. However I have found some GameShark cheats for the game, which you can get here. Most of them are Caetla cheats but there's a couple of GS ones thrown in there too.

Edit: The EmuCheater site is back up :).
