.bz2 compression

Few days ago I had to format my system partition, and the .bz2 compression tool I got was in it. The problem is, I don't recall what it was and how it's called.
I've DLed when I was in a hurry without pyaing attention to the name
It wasn't something like winace or anything alike. All it added was an option like "Compress to bz2" in the contextual menus each time I rightclicked a file.
Anyone knows where I can get such a simple tool?
I've googled a lot but all I was able to do are the source code and few command-line apps
