.bz2 compression

Hey
Few days ago I had to format my system partition, and the .bz2 compression tool I got was in it. The problem is, I don't recall what it was and how it's called.
I've DLed when I was in a hurry without pyaing attention to the name :p

It wasn't something like winace or anything alike. All it added was an option like "Compress to bz2" in the contextual menus each time I rightclicked a file.
Anyone knows where I can get such a simple tool?
I've googled a lot but all I was able to do are the source code and few command-line apps :(

It wasn't this I think, but it's better than nothing, thx dude ^^

EDIT:
Well, after seeing the GUI, I recall it was this one :)
That's just bzip2 compression, it's something commonly used under linux. A lot of guis would probably support it.
