ok yeah ill get the BFG one even though i just bought an Albatron my friend has the BFG OC one, the core is up to 350 from 325....ill have to go to the control panel to get that kind of performance

I just got myself a Zalman Heatpipe GPU cooler from Will (guy I got the CPU from) aswell as an MSI FX 5200 which it's currently on

yeah those are pretty sweet, the one that eternal11 gave me is grey but it's still kickass, keeps the TI4200 cool, well i have no idea (no heat sensor) but it hasnt f'ed itself up yet soooo....

Chris: I put an 80MM case fan beside the videocard keeping the heatpipes cool to the touch. About 40C full load at 600MHz. I'll keep stressing it though, just to make sure.

Yes taking a step into 256 bit memory interface is a big bloody deal. Watch as Anti Aliasing becomes way more usable 22.3 Gigs of bandwith and 3900 fillrate? With the possibility of modding? suweeet Though if you mod it 16 pipes you'll be severely bandwith limited. You'll still get a performance increase

no, i didnt. the cheapest 256mb 6800 was around 50 dollars more...so i figured i'd just get the 128 one.

Ah well, it doesn't matter much except in HR with FSAA. All it means is that instead of being able to happily do 1280x960/4x/4x, you might have to drop to 1024x768 or knock FSAA to 2x

yeah. and to be honest, it really doesnt matter to me. my current monitor will only display 75hz at a max of 1152x864...but if/when i get an LCD @ 1280x1024...that's a high enough res for me to stop caring about much AA. so i think it works out
