I am using:
Windows XP Professional SP2

(Not the best PC, but hey - I pay for my own University education)

My current ePSXe 1.60 plug-ins are:
ePSXe CDR WNT/W2K core 1.5.2. (All settings off)
ePSXe SPU core 1.5.2.
enable sound, cdda sound, xa sound.

You mean to tell me I already reached the limit that I can push the game to with my current equipment and settings?
pretty much man. you're SOL on using OGL2 (and its shaders and filters), using AA, or using high resolutions.
