uh.. you can, I guess (even though you can also use isobuster to transform them into a better image format).
But.. Aren't you, like, supposed to make isos from cds and not the other way around? You didn't download those files, did you, 'cause that's against the rules...

EDIT : *Just noticed the (U)* You can play the game from your original disc, you know...

well, since you obviously made the ISO with Alcohol 120%, just burn it with alcohol 120% again. if you're going to make backups though, i'd recommend just copying it, i.e. having it make the ISO then burning it all in one.

'course, i have this slight feeling that you didn't make it yourself...

Ok to tell the truth I did not download them!!!! A friend at work has lent me a few dvd data disks with games on them. I did not ask if he backed them up himself or not.

As most were in .iso format they went straight to burn. That was an odd format to me and I was not sure what to do.

I do know he owns all games in back up and more, and what I am doing is wrong I guess :( so I hope I have not broken any rule here as I would not wish to anger the board owners or mods.

Just for future reference, you have to actually own the game for it to be legal. Borrowing discs from friends isn't.

its ok to borrow someone's game, but for all we know they could be downloaded or whatever, so...that's just FYI.
