both screens go black on Megaman Star Force 3

hi,i'm new and i've got a problem with my MS3:RJ

after Geo,Sonia and Bud went through the hole on the 1st floor of the school and arrived in the Faculty Room and talked about the room, both screens went black. can anyone help?
