Beta Date: CVS code from 16/07/2005 compiled with Intel's C++ compiler.
Conditions tested under:
CDVDBlockDumper (10/07/2005) using Peops CDVD (20/04/2005) (sme results without dumper)
GSDX9 sse2 (10/07/2005, from gabest)
padSSSPSX (04/07/2005, from cvs)
spu2null (04/07/2005, from cvs)
fwnull, usbnull (same dates, cvs)
scph39004 PAL bios modified to USA 1.6 by the modchip
eerec, patches=0

Status: Intro

Comments:
The game loads the autosave from memorycard then tries to play a logo pss. After a few moments the log fills with cputlbmiss and the emu crashes.
Weird, tried with other builds of pcsx2 and now all of them loop the video, no crashes (same exact settings).

Attached a block dump made with my plugin.

EDIT: it didn't upload correctly. reuploading...
EDIT2: someone decided that the files can't be >1mb and I don't feel like recompressing the file and uploading for the 5th time. So if anyone wants that blockdump, ask me.

Patch:
CRC=E14B5B69
gametitle=Bloody Roar 4 (E)
comment=Skips Video (sceMpegIsEnd)
//Skip Videos
patch=0,EE,002DC7D8,word,24020001

Status: Playable

Comments:
Made a sceMpegIsEnd patch, and now the game crashes with gsdx9 but shows ingame with gssoft and you can control it (at like 0.2fps so you can't say it's actually playable, or at least enjoyable).

Edit: Forgot to set patches to 1 :p
