Black Screen problem with Lunar: Silver Star

Ok, I got the game working, but whenever I enter a building, everything goes black. When I push the menu button, it pops up and I can see all the characters, but I can't see the background when anymore after I enter a buildilng. Going out of the building doesn't help either. I've tried pushing f7, how do I fix this?

Same problem here.
It seems to work fine in VGS, but the sound in MDECS is choppy
