Black screen! Help!

Game specific questions are prohibited in here, just so you know that. Also, I hope you have an American, European and Japanese PS2, or else you have illegally obtained those BIOS files.

I get the same black screen when loading Resident Evil: Outbreak.

Maybe we can ignore that for just this thread?

That game simply doesn`t run, so no point in trying to run it now. And next time you want to find out how to find if those games work and what config to use, scroll up, click search, click advanced search, type the game there, and select posts at "show results as". If you find the game in a screenshot thread, then it works, so click on a link below the username and thread title (usually, the link is the first words of that post), and that will open the page of the thread where the post is, so you can check out what config was used. If you don`t find anything or there is no post about this in the screenshots thread, then the game simply doesn`t run.

hmm ok..! Is Bleem a emulator or some kind of a ps2game loader?
Isn't there another way to play ps2 games which i have bought, on my PC without emulator? Like a loader or something..

You misunderstood. I said unless he has all of those PS2 consoles (one from each country he has a bios for, then it is illegal, because that means he downloaded them online.

There is another way to play ps2 games without an emulator...get a ps2. That`s the only solution right now. And bleem is a ps1 emulator (not a loader), and a really old one. If you want to play your games on the pc, then I guess you just have to wait.

Something like a PS2 OS that you can boot with would be something.
so instead of booting into windows/linux you get to the ps2 bios. :???: :lol:

Well, IBM made an operating system called OS/2, maybe you can write them an email and have them write the new PS/2. Then your motherboard's bios can be flashed with the new PS2 bios, instead of some lame Phoenx Award BIOS. Also important to note: be sure you have your keyboard plugged into the PS/2 port so it can be used as a dual shock, or else this won't work.:guitar: :dance: :rotflmao: :dance:

Yeah, then you can use ur P2 233mhz for the main CPU, and a ATI Rage 3D for the GFX, LoL!

Xbox uses 64mb ram. dunno about PS2.
