Black lines in texture

Alright, I don't know what is this problem or if I got the correct description of it so that's why I inserted a picture of it. There are lines going through a lot of textures in many of the games I play, how do I get rid of this? I tried many resolutions and it's not working.

I don't see this problem on my friend's PC with the same config.

My Specs:

Intel E8400
GeForce 9800 GTX+
4gb RAM
