I tried RE: CV last night on my DC and somehow the game is getting worse... There aren't even scratches or fingerprints on disc one and the voices aren't loaded the way it should and it crashes when I called the options menu oO
I hope that when I've cleaned it completely the problems are fixed... otherwise....

With all respect to the developers, but personally I don't care about it My pc is too slow to play it like it should be played, and I prefer to play in a darkened room with the volume put very loud, something not possible on my pc. Nothing beats the real thing

I had the same thing happen with my Playstation. It started not playing some games but they'd play on a friend's Playstation, and my PC via emulation, so I had to buy another one. Thankfully as far as my Dreamcast, my girlfriend said I could have hers if mine ever breaks... 1.Resident Evil 1 is the first "mature" game that I had played. In comparison to the games I've played on my Sega Genesis I just fell in love with that game... For me Resident Evil 1 (for PSX or SS) is, and always will be, the best game of the serie!!
2.RE:CV... This one needs no introduction - the best survival horror on Sega Dreamcast!
3. Remake. The outstanding graphics makes up for the lack of specific gore climate... Yeah, so it does incarnate all the ideas that were saddly never in the original for the PSX(graveyard, Trevor's Letters in form of Trevor's Diary...), but it just isn't the same... They could have remastered all the beautiful music and not just some of the trax. For people that aren't familliar with the original this game could be the best one ever, but for hardcore fans like me... This is just a variaton of the King, just another good RE.
4.Supposely RE4... Still waiting for my copy to ship. It is REALY a pin in the ass to live in Polnad .
5.As a fan of oldschool RE games I was never able to play the scrapped project of RE2 called RE1.5 or RE Prototype... This game could be really good, IMHO better than the final version becouse it had a lot of new feuteres (hand granades, armours, more terrifying creatures, more type of zombies that could move in various speeds, more blood and gore, and lots more that we probobly never find out). The rumor says that the final beta (60-70% of the finished game) is flowing somwhere on the net... It is even confirmed that the press beta containing the whole police station was actually released to some gaming magazine companies... 6.There was another RE game scrapped by Capcom - RE 0 for the N64. IMO RE 0 for the GC was good, but than again I'm an oldschool fan so I would be really hapy to check this one out.

. All I said was that it's pain in the ass to live in our country becouse hardly any internet store ships to Poland :/. I really had to pay a FEW additional $ to those 74.90 for the game at LikSang despite of the FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE sign... Ofcourse there are other places where I could theorethicaly buy the game at lower prizes BUT they don't ship to Poland :/. As for ebay a lot of users force You to use PayPal which is safe and easy way to pay BUT guess what... Poland isn't in PayPal :/.Despite of all that stuff our country is beautiful (we got the nicest % liquids ever made like "Śliwowica", beautiful girls, Adama Małysz, and probobly the toughest badass subculture in the world called "Dresiarze" )!! I played RE1, 2, 3, CV and outbreak. And RE 1 is the most scariest one. But I bet RE1.5 could be the best of all RE series. Why do they have to cancel it anyway ?

And for the best RE, the order I like it is RE2>1(remake)>CV>4>0>3
I'm more of a fan on the RE plot, so I liked those old ones better
I haven't played RE4, RE Remake or RE 0....I have C:V, but haven't played it yet. The only ones i've played are 1, 2 and 3...1 and 3 on PSX, and 2 on PSX and PC.
Actually, I replayed all of them this past week (ePSXe...love it! ), and to be honest....my favourite is RE2, then RE3 and then RE1....I donno....i played RE2 and 3 in the past, but this last week was the very first time I played and finished RE1.....it's not just the aging graphics, it's the game itself....RE2 was better.
