ATI Mobility Radeon 9000
512 mb of Ram
40 GB HD
and I believe a sigma tel audio device(?)

Just wondering what are the best plugins to use for my system with epsxe 1.6

and the best configs for those plugins...if possible

I will try these out, i have alcohol 120% and I have tried the pete's d3d plugin. I have tried to play super puzzle fighter and it plays very slowly...will try to work out the config.
