What plugin would be best for an AMD 2400 with an ATi Radeon 8500?

Right now some of my games look like garbage.

Here's what I use now:

It says 1.1.75, but it's actually 1.75.0.0, not quite sure why it says 1.1.75

He's talking about The actual graphics driver, not the plugin. Go to www.ATi.com and get the latest drivers

Well, now I can use Pete's OpenGL plugin and I have to say, it rocks.
