i am useing a hp m8400f wich has a ADM Phenom 9500 Quad-core processor (2.2 GHz), 3gb of ram, nvidia geforce 8500 GT graphics card, and vista home premium with sp1 and i want to how to config pcx2 for the best gameplay

The "best" PCSX2 configuration is highly dependent upon which game you are trying to run.
