Best config and emu? pls help

Hi to all
i have buy a new pc with Gforce 6600GT 16x 128Mb
pentium 3.4GB

I would like to know from y Expert, wich would be the best emulator i can take from here (i have download all) and (much impiortant) wich is the best configuration, 'cose i have install many vuideo plug in but there are many config imput to made and i don't know wich to use.....

Pls help mine guru!!!

p.s also for other sitem like psx - dc - gcube if y can

Configure your emulator according to the games you are trying to run, by refering to that guide.
