He could have preordered the game. In which case, most online retailers send preorders out a couple days early...or at least the do most of the time.

/cries I wanted to play the demo even. The game runs beauitfully on my system. I just can't get use to the control scheme. I'm not a ASWD person as most. I use the num-keys. The demo wouldn't allow me to change the num-keys even after erassing every key in there. It still said it was being used. I tried playing with different setups and couldn't get in my groove.
Seemed alot of fun though, guess i'm stuck at Battlefied Vietnam. Maybe i'll post shots of that sometime...

I did preorder and i didnt got anything yet. And it seems the game already is in all p2p. :S couldnt u at least wait few days till post those screenshots :???:Master_Magus said:

The Last two games that I have preordered have come at least a few days early and Guild Wars came almost a week early.

Well i just got mine MWahahah, it runs alot smoother then the demo thats for sure. Now i can play it at 1280*960 everything on high and 4x AA. Just plain beautifull. The F15 is awsome, i really love that plane. It runs a bit slower on MP though but still alot more smoother then the demo. Ill post some screenshots soon
P.S. im just a bit disapointed on the maps not that many.

Ok here are my shots, all taken at 1280*960 4xAA everything maxed
Im really, REALLY, enjoying the game, very realistic, the weapons are well modeled (so are the players for that matter but i only care about the weapons), gameplay is pretty good, Squads/Commander really adds alot of team play to the game. I only wish it had a couple of things that Joint Ops had to make it perfect, and maybe some more vehicles and maps. Apart from that the game is perfect. The Ranks/Awards system are very nice, you can go up in rank depending on how well you play and u gain a little icon before your nick depending on your rank, also after the first 3 ranks you can unlock a new weapon (and every new rank after that). The Medals and Badges are pretty cool, makes you feel good when u earn one in the middle of the game xD, HOWEVER it seems EA servers are having problems, most EA US servers are lagging like mad and the stats arent updating for 1 day already. No announcement from EA was made yet.
Anyway here are the shots.
So to sum it up
Pros:
- Nice GFX/Models
- Nice gameplay
- The Ranks/Awards are very handy
- Squad/Commander elements give good teamplay to the game
- Realistic
- Very very involving.
- Very nice battlerecorder system (i just wish it had rewind option oO)
Cons:
- Ranks/Awards arent working right now
- No one ever talks in the game oO i feel like im playing with Bots xD
- EA 64 player servers are VERY laggy/choppy
- Needs more voice coms (like *anyone needs a pickup/medic/ammo* for example)
- Some maps are very unbalanced
- Worst ingame server browser ever ( laggy like hell and missing many things )
- Few maps (hope some more get released)

Yes Strike at Karkand is really cool, very dangerous though, i just hate when ur running to take cover and a damn tank shows up in the corner, you only have time to say SH&T xD, however the most visually stunning map is the Kubra Dam. Simply beautifull

Seems that stats were updated but they're still a bit old. I know i got more medals then that. Infact in one of the screenshots above shows me getting one that isnt listed here but oh well xD
