I have the JAP NTSC version (really hard to play.. ) and I tried it on my emu(PCSX2 0.9.4-5-Pp)

on xp - it doesnt't work at all

On Vista - 0.1.12,ZeroSPU,I get 40fps(2 players) and 25 fps (4 players)
This is on Playground...The speeds are pathetic..

2GB Ram....

Could someone assist me???

Enable all checkboxes in advanced settings
Enable some speedhacks
Try changing the graphics options and maybe the graphics plugin.
Not much else you can do.
Also, you should probably go to the official PCSX2 forums (not on NGEMU, visit the official site) instead and post in the relevant section there.
