If it's a PAL game, it needs a PAL BIOS.
Bangai 0 Pal won't load
I set the cable to regular cable (480i output) but the I got a blank screen after I set the timer and nothing happen. Does the game require a pal dc bios?

No, not really. I have a PAL BIOS, I have the NTSC versions of Daytona USA and MDK2 and they work perfectly on nullDC.If it's a PAL game, it needs a PAL BIOS.
Replace the flash file, it's corrupt.
