ATTN: All psx lover. I was wondering. If there is any emulator where I can burnt the emu and rom file on a CD which the PSX console could play it? Which all these emu coming out each every few months, I'm sure there has to be a emu like this right? Please if anyone know please replay. Thank YOu.

You mean an arcade emulator to run on the PSX (or an emulator)? There are some that I know of which plays some arcade games etc:
