ATi Fire GL V3100 or Nvidia Quadro FX540

Im looking for a cheap CAD graphics card. Im not sure wich ones better ATi Fire GL V3100 or Nvidia Quadro FX540. They are both the same price. Which one should I get? Should I fork out more money for the V3200?
